This dear, Maine home was the final piece in completing a long-held dream of two best friends, who since their childhood have wanted to live together! Practically sisters, these two beautiful women and their partners are taking over the stewardship of this historic building. We are all so grateful to the sellers for being such amazing caretakers of this property; what they did to restore and improve it is at a level that can only be described as exceptional! Last night, which was the first night of ownership, and there were lights, laughter, feasting, comedy routine, deep questions, lively conversation, and love for all. The experience defines the word "home" for me. The "Red House" of North Yarmouth will always be a place of warmth and joy.
