This sweet Westbrook home was passed on to a new owner last week! This one was especially fun as the buyer, Sarah, knew what she wanted and had many years of experience dealing with older homes in Maine. She took everything we learned during inspection with an ease that I can only hope to attain. We looked at 2 other places, and this was her first offer. It was a pleasure to work with her, and to top it all off -- the cherry on top, she told me that I was the best real estate agent she had ever had! So ok, maybe closing days aren't so bad with compliments and thanks like that! Sarah also shopped around with multiple lenders, and by doing this, she obtained the lowest rate I had heard of anyone getting up until that time… by .3%! Moral of the story is to speak to multiple lenders!
