It's extra special to work with my neighbors, and this week was twice that as one neighbor sold and one bought! This place belonged to Sarah. We sold for above list price and no asks. The hardest part was saying goodbye to her condo association buddies, who are the sweetest group of people. Sarah was a trooper; she sanded, painted, staged, and did everything right.
