Lynn & Jim

Neither Jim or Lynne knew me from before being referred my way. They also didn’t think they would start looking seriously until October, but within a week of first speaking, Lynne had sent me several properties that they were curious about. We went out on a Thursday morning and the last place was this one— a humble but sweet home on the quiet cove of a big lake. I watched Lynne get out of her car and look around and then she said, “This is my house.” And she was right. At the closing table, Jim and Lynne kept encouraging the owners to come back and visit, and they meant it with all their hearts. Kind, generous, and so sincere — Jim and Lynne! May this family home, aka “Nana and Pop’s Place” be a joy to you both and a place of laughter and love.
